I’ve been in business since 1985. That’s right – way before computers even existed. (Well, maybe some did back then, but not many!) Way before everyone lived and breathed on the Internet. And way way way before social networking. (Can you imagine!!)
Through the years, I’ve learned and grown and with trial and error I’ve found what works and what doesn’t. I hope to share that knowledge with you through my books, articles, speaking engagements, etc.
The last few years I have been focusing on providing PR and marketing services. I am thrilled to have gotten my clients in major media with outstanding results. I would love to help you as well. So You Want to be a Work-At-Home Mom: A Christian’s Guide to Starting a Home-Based Business (with Jill Hart). Recently released by Beacon Hill Publishers, this book tells you everything you need to start a business including different types of businesses to start, with the Christian mom in mind.
Virtual Assistant the Series: Working Virtually (with Kelly Poelker) – With so many businesses needing to work remotedly, (especially with the fears of the swine flu this year), this book tells you how to set up your business so that you can telecommute. The same work can be done at home that can be done at the office. We show you how.
Words From Home: Start, Run and Profit from a Home-Based Word Processing Business, 2nd Edition. I wrote this book in 1996 and update it every 2 years. It is still is one of the best books out there for starting your own word processing business at home.
Virtual Assistant Solution Pack (with Kelly Poelker). This was originally written for Corel/WordPerfect (and still sells there) and is now available in Microsoft Word as well. It is an 81 page ebook and over 41 templates you need to start your own virtual assistant business.

From telling you how to prepare your business for natural disasters, to helping you back up your system, it guides you every step of the way.
